Join certified nature and forest therapy guide Tamara Murray of Nature Connection Santa Barbara and certified sound practitioner Asura Serra  for this unique guided experience. 

Invest in your own well-being by allowing yourself to just be a human in nature. 

Nature connection is inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin yoku, which translates to “forest bathing.” 

You can expect to be immersed in nature and experience guided meditation, invitations to connect with nature using your senses,

 a sound journey, tea, light snacks and community.

Everyone belongs in nature because you are nature. 

No outdoor experience needed.

• This experience is intended for adults
• Paths are dirt and uneven in some places, but mostly flat (not steep)
• Approx. 1/2 mile of walking with periods of standing, sitting, or lying down
• There are restrooms and ample parking
• ~25 min. walk from State & Pueblo bus stop and ~15 min. walk from BCycle docks at Los Olivos & Laguna
• We love dogs, but please leave them at home for this experience.       
•  Please bring:
  • Layered clothing so   :you can be comfortable if it is warm or cold
  • A hat and/or sun protection
  • A mat or towel for when you are invited to sit or lie down on the ground
  • Water (and a snack, if you’d like)
