About the event
Do you love receiving sound baths? Would you like to make that into an even better, fun, exciting experience by playing those amazing instruments? Join us for this special 2.5-hour workshop that gives you a basic knowledge of the benefits of sound.
The workshop will include approximately 30 minutes of lectures, followed by playtime!
You'll have the chance to interact with various singing bowls and gongs intimately. This is a unique opportunity to enhance your connection with sound and elevate your awareness of both the world and yourself.
