Monthly Grief Gathering

The heaviness in your heart or body, feeling apathy, and disconnection from others are the some of the symptoms of grief. 

You may be aware or unaware of these difficult emotions or manifested into the physical challenges. 

We will hold a space for you to join others allowing the grief process to ignite and ascend.
